Hi! I'm Anna Woods, the founder of Pearl and Proper. For years I dreamed of owning my own small business, especially in the boutique world. What started as a passion for finding the cutest dresses and thoughtfully styled outfits slowly grew into the vision behind Pearl and Proper. My goal is to offer clothing and accessories that help women feel polished, confident and true to themselves whether they're dressing for everyday moments or special occasions.
